Brick Isle is a B2C LEGO parts marketplace. We use AI-powered mechanical sorting to source, grade, and fulfill LEGO parts at prices 40% below market price. Every order ships in a single box — no matter how many different parts you order.

Our core features include:

• Browse Parts — Search and filter our full inventory by category, color, and condition
• Bulk Import — Paste a BrickLink XML or Rebrickable CSV to check stock and order instantly
• MOC Store — Buy complete parts kits for popular MOC designs

Click "Sign In" in the top navigation bar, then select "Create an account" on the login page. You'll need an email address and password. Once registered, you can track orders, save addresses, and check out faster.

Go to Browse Parts to explore our inventory. You can:

• Search by part name or ID in the search bar
• Filter by category (Bricks, Plates, Technic, etc.)
• Filter by color and condition
• Sort by price, popularity, or newest arrivals

Click any part to see detailed information, availability, and pricing.

Placing an order is simple:

• Step 1: Browse parts or import a list, then add items to your cart
• Step 2: Go to your cart and review your selections
• Step 3: Click "Proceed to Checkout"
• Step 4: Confirm your shipping destination, choose a shipping method, and select a payment method
• Step 5: Click "Place Order" to complete your purchase

All items in your cart ship together in a single box.

Yes. Use the locale dropdown in the top navigation bar (labeled "EN · $ USD") to switch between:

• English with USD ($)
• 中文 with CNY (¥)

Prices update automatically based on your selection.

Brick Isle currently accepts PayPal as our sole payment method. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal's platform, which supports payments via:

• PayPal balance
• Linked bank accounts
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)

🔒 Your financial details are never shared with us — all payment information is handled entirely by PayPal.

When you place an order, you have 10 minutes to complete payment. A countdown timer is displayed on your order card and order detail page.

⚠️ Your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not completed in time. Inventory is reserved for you during this window — once it expires, items return to stock.

If your order is cancelled, you can simply place a new order. The timer turns red when less than 60 seconds remain.

Go to My Account→ My Orders. Any order with "Awaiting Payment" status will show a "Pay Now" button. Click it to open the payment dialog, where you can:

• Review your order summary (items, shipping, tax, total)
• Select a payment method
• Enter payment details and confirm

Make sure to complete payment before the countdown expires.

Orders are automatically cancelled when payment is not received within 10 minutes. This is noted in your order history as "Payment not received within 10 minutes".

Cancelled orders don't affect your account standing. You can place a new order anytime — your cart items are still saved.

Your order total consists of:

• Items subtotal — The sum of all parts in your order
• Shipping — Based on your selected shipping method (see Shipping & Delivery)
• Tax — Applied based on your shipping destination

The final total is shown in the order summary sidebar during checkout.

No. We do not currently offer BNPL or installment payment options. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We offer three shipping options at checkout:

• Standard — 5–7 business days, $4.99
• Express — 2–3 business days, $12.99
• Overnight — Next business day, $24.99

No. We charge a flat rate based on your selected shipping method. Our AI-powered sorting already keeps parts prices 40% below market price — shipping costs are transparent and not hidden in inflated part prices.

Once your order is shipped, a "Track Package" button appears on your order card in My Orders. Click it to open the tracking dialog, which shows:

• Four-stage progress: Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered
• Tracking number and carrier
• Estimated delivery date

You can also view tracking from the order detail page.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, select your shipping destination from the address book. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by location. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method:

• Standard: 5–7 business days
• Express: 2–3 business days
• Overnight: Next business day

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of payment confirmation. International shipments may take additional time depending on customs clearance.

Bulk Import lets you paste a BrickLink XML or Rebrickable CSV parts list and instantly check stock availability across our entire inventory. Once verified, you can add everything to your cart in a single click and check out as one order.

We support two formats:

• BrickLink XML — The standard XML format used by BrickLink wanted lists and inventory exports
• Rebrickable CSV — Comma-separated values exported from Rebrickable's parts list feature

Simply paste your list into the import text area on the Bulk Import page and click "Check Stock."

After checking stock, you'll see a results page showing:

• Available items — In stock and ready to add to cart
• Partial stock — Available in limited quantity (you can adjust the quantity)
• Out of stock — Currently unavailable (you can remove these or keep them for later)

You choose which items to add to your cart before checking out.

Yes! If you have a MOC inventory exported from BrickLink or Rebrickable, paste it into the Bulk Import tool to check stock and order all needed parts at once. Alternatively, visit the MOC Store to buy pre-bundled parts kits for featured MOC designs.

The MOC Store offers complete parts kits for MOC (My Own Creation) designs. Instead of hunting for individual parts, you can buy a pre-bundled kit that contains every piece needed to build a specific MOC — all sourced from our AI-sorted inventory and shipped in one box.

Buying a MOC kit is easy:

• Step 1: Browse the MOC Store and find a design you like
• Step 2: Click on a MOC card to see details (parts count, difficulty, scale, price)
• Step 3: Click "Add to Cart" — all parts for that MOC are bundled automatically
• Step 4: Proceed to checkout as normal

The entire kit ships in a single box.

MOC kits contain all LEGO parts needed to build the design. Building instructions are typically provided by the MOC designer and may be available as a digital download — check the individual MOC listing for details.

Currently, the MOC Store features a curated selection of designs. We are not accepting new MOC submissions at this time. If you have a MOC parts list, you can use Bulk Import to order all the parts you need directly.

Brick Isle does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This policy reflects the unique cost structure of our business:

• As a seller of used LEGO parts, the vast majority of our operational costs are incurred during sorting, grading, warehousing, and order fulfillment — not in the inventory itself.
• Once an order has been picked, packed, and shipped, these costs are fully realized and cannot be recovered.
• As specialty-condition products, returns and exchanges are not commercially viable within our low-price model.

This policy allows us to maintain parts prices 40% below market price. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund for the affected parts — see the next article for details.

If you receive parts that are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we will issue a full refund for the affected items. To request a refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
• We will review your claim and, if confirmed, process a full refund for the affected items to your original payment method

⚠️ We do not offer free replacement shipments. Because our cost structure is built on efficient single-shipment fulfillment, reshipping individual items would undermine the operational model that enables our pricing. If you need the parts, you are welcome to place a new order.

💡 Our AI sorting system grades every part before shipping. While we take great care to ensure accuracy and quality, we stand by our commitment to refund you fully if an issue arises.

Once your refund is approved, it is processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal. The refund typically appears in your PayPal account within 1–3 business days after processing.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been picked, packed, and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, go to My Orders, open the order detail page, and click "Cancel Order" if the option is still available. If the cancel button is no longer visible, your order has entered the fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled.
