Built for Builders,Powered by AI

Brick Isle is a self-operated LEGO parts store on a mission to make every piece affordable, accessible, and easy to find.

Our Story

Brick Isle was founded on a simple observation: finding the right LEGO parts at a fair price shouldn't be a treasure hunt. For years, builders have scattered across marketplaces, negotiating with dozens of individual sellers, paying premium prices, and juggling multiple shipments just to complete a single project.

We set out to change that. By combining computer vision-based identification with a mechanical sorting system and a vertically integrated supply chain, we built a platform where every part is identified, sorted, graded, and warehoused under one roof — then shipped to you in a single box.

"The cost of a LEGO part isn't in the plastic — it's in finding it, sorting it, and getting it to the right builder. Solve that, and everything else follows."

What We Do

Brick Isle is a B2C, self-operated store. There are no third-party sellers, no marketplace fees passed on to buyers, and no commission layers. Every part in our inventory is sourced, sorted, graded, stored, and shipped by us.

  • Browse Parts — Search and filter across 25,000+ SKUs in 80+ colors, all graded and ready to ship
  • Bulk Import — Paste a BrickLink XML or Rebrickable CSV, get an instant stock check, and consolidate dozens of wanted lists into a single order
  • MOC Store — Buy complete parts kits for any MOC in one click, with every piece sourced from our AI-sorted inventory
  • Single Shipment — Everything you order ships together in one box, no matter how many parts or colors

AI-Powered Sorting

The heart of Brick Isle is our automated sorting system. Traditional parts sorting is manual, slow, and expensive — costs that inevitably get passed on to the buyer. Our approach replaces manual identification with a custom computer vision system and mechanical sorting, dramatically reducing labor costs while keeping every part traceable and consistent.

1

AI Visual Recognition

Each part passes through a camera system running our proprietary computer vision model. It identifies the element design and color in milliseconds, even for nearly identical pieces.

2

Mechanical Sorting

Once identified, the part is physically routed into the correct storage bin by our automated sorting mechanism — no manual sorting, no human error in categorization.

3

Human Condition Review

Condition grading is performed by trained warehouse staff, not the AI. Every lot is checked before listing.

4

Single-Shipment Fulfillment

When you place an order, parts are picked from across our warehouse, consolidated, and packed into one box.

By automating the slowest part of the process — identification and sorting — we can operate at a scale and efficiency that lets us price parts up to 40% below market rates.

Sustainability

Every LEGO part that passes through our sorting facility gets a second life. By rescuing, grading, and redistributing pre-owned and surplus parts, we keep plastic out of landfills and put it into the hands of builders who will use it.

We're not just selling parts — we're building a circular economy for the world's most beloved construction toy, one brick at a time.
