Terms of Service

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account by providing a valid email address and choosing a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. Brick Isle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through Brick Isle are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and other PCI-compliant payment processors.

4.4 Payment Countdown

Orders in "awaiting payment" status must be completed within 10 minutes of order creation. If payment is not received within this window, the order will be automatically cancelled and the items returned to available inventory.

4.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or other governmental charges. Brick Isle will collect sales tax where required by law.

5.1 Shipping Methods

We currently offer three shipping methods within supported regions:

• Standard: $4.99 — estimated 5–7 business days
• Express: $12.99 — estimated 2–3 business days
• Overnight: $24.99 — next business day (where available)

5.2 Delivery

Brick Isle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, subject to any carrier liability coverage.

6.1 Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

6.2 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.

7.1 Brick Isle Content

All content on the Brick Isle website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Brick Isle and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Third-Party Trademarks

"LEGO" is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. The names and logos of other third-party products, services, and companies mentioned on our site may be trademarks of their respective owners. Brick Isle makes no claim to these trademarks.

7.3 MOC Designs

MOC (My Own Creation) building instructions linked or referenced on our platform remain the intellectual property of their respective designers. Brick Isle sells the physical parts kits for these designs but does not claim ownership of the designs themselves.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@brickisle.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern within 30 days.

10.3 Arbitration

Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware, USA.
